Hyper Mode
Hyper Mode is an opt-in feature that allows you to create a temporary browser session for fast, fluid transacting — without needing to approve each action individually in your wallet.
What It Does
Normally, every transaction requires a manual signature from your connected wallet. This is the safest approach, but it can slow down active trading — especially when placing multiple orders in quick succession.
When you activate Hyper Mode, your wallet signs a single session authorization. For the next 60 minutes, the app can sign transactions on your behalf automatically, enabling instant order placement without repeated wallet popups.
Once the session expires, the app reverts to standard wallet signing. You can also end a session early by refreshing or closing the browser tab.
How to Activate
- Click the Hyper Mode button on the trading interface.
- Read and accept the confirmation prompt (shown on first use).
- Your wallet will ask you to sign a single session message — this is the only wallet interaction required.
- A 60-minute countdown appears. During this window, transactions are signed automatically.
Security Considerations
Hyper Mode is designed with multiple layers of protection, but it changes the security model compared to standard wallet signing. You should understand the trade-offs before using it.
- Temporary key in the browser — A short-lived signing key is generated and held in your browser's memory for the duration of the session. This key is isolated from the rest of the page and is destroyed when the session ends or the tab is closed.
- Time-limited — Sessions are hard-capped at 60 minutes. The expiry is enforced both in the browser and on-chain — even if the client-side timer were bypassed, the blockchain validators independently reject expired sessions.
- No persistence — The temporary key exists only in memory. Refreshing the page or closing the browser destroys it immediately. Sessions cannot survive page reloads.
- Your wallet key is not exposed — The session authorization delegates limited signing authority to the temporary key. Your actual wallet private key is not shared with or accessible to the browser session.
Use at Your Own Risk
Hyper Mode is an opt-in power-user feature. While the temporary key is isolated from the main page, it still resides in your browser's memory. If your device is compromised by malware or malicious browser extensions, there is a risk that the temporary key could be extracted during an active session. Make sure your machine is secure before activating Hyper Mode.
When to Use It
Hyper Mode is best suited for active trading sessions where speed matters — placing multiple swaps or orders in rapid succession. For infrequent or high-value transactions, standard wallet signing provides a stronger security boundary.
